  • Cardio Kickbox

    Uses boxing techniques to deliver a heart pumping cardio workout to improve endurance and help tone your physique. Work out your stress in a healthy way!

  • Cycle Circuit

    (Intermediate/Advanced Level Workout)
    Like nothing you have ever done before! This class will keep your heart rate up and maximize calorie burn by incorporating intervals of spin and strength training. Please arrive early to reserve your Spin bike and weights.

  • HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training Express Class

    (Intermediate/Advanced Level Workout)
    This intense 30 minute workout will get your heart pumping and help you improve speed, power and endurance. HIIT workouts involve all out, high intensity effort for 30 - 60 seconds followed by a lower intensity recovery period for 10 – 60 seconds before repeating. Research shows HIIT workouts to be extremely effective in improving fitness level and cardio endurance.

  • Kettlebell

    (Intermediate/Advanced Level Workout)
    A kettlebell is a cast iron weight that resembles a cannonball with a handle. This kettlebell class involves fluid yet powerful momentum-based movements holding one or two kettlebells.

  • Pilates

    Learn the basics of Pilates in this mat class. Release tension, gain strength, and increase flexibility as you focus on the body’s core muscles.

  • Power Kickbox

    (All Fitness Level Workout)
    Combines kickboxing moves with intervals of strength training. Increase self-confidence, flexibility, coordination, speed and stamina while having fun! We provide punching pads which allow you to jab, punch, kick and defend yourself while also gaining lean muscle. Feel powerful AND strong by combining two elements into one great workout.

    (All Fitness Level Workout)
    Simulate outdoor cycling in an indoor/group environment that is great for cyclists and cross-training enthusiasts.

  • Solid Strength

    (All Fitness Level Workout)
    Increase your strength through full body movements as well as exercises that isolate each major muscle group. Challenge yourself by incorporating a mix of dumbbells, resistance bands, body bars, medicine balls, and more!

  • Sunrise Yoga

    (All Fitness Level Workout)
    Linking breath to movement this class will take you through a variety of poses to increase strength, flexibility and mind body awareness. A great workout that leaves you refreshed and clear headed. Appropriate for most fitness levels (modifications may be necessary).

    If you crave variety and high-intensity circuit training, this class is for you! “Cycle through” 60-minutes of strength training, spinning, and running!

  • Vinyasa Yoga

    In this Vinyasa-style yoga class, poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath. Flow through various poses to improve your focus and create mindful breathing.

    Increased flexibility, strength, mental awareness, and reduced stress are merely a few of the many benefits of practicing yoga.

Group Exercise Class Reminders:

  • All class participants are required to sign in prior to entering the Group Exercise room. Sign up will begin 10 minutes before the class starts.
  • Classes and instructors are subject to change with or without notice.
  • Following class, all participants are responsible for cleaning their equipment with the disinfectant wipes provided.
  • Please inform the instructor if you plan to leave class early.
  • Please arrive to class on time to avoid disrupting the instructor and other participants. This also ensures that you are properly warmed up.
  • 100 Class Club Cards: all participants are responsible for pulling their cards from the filling folder for instructor to initial following class to receive credit.
