We offer a wide variety of wellness programs, including: monthly health and blood pressure screenings, stress management workshops, massage therapy, health fairs, Weight Watchers at Work, WALK program and fitness assessment and training.

Submit the form to a Revisions staff member or via fax (312-220-0794) by 12:00 pm Thursday. Rewards will be placed in your locker by 2:00 pm Friday.

Facilities

  • Group Exercise Classes

    Get fit in a fun environment where the workouts are planned for you! Choose from over 15 classes per week that are offered at a convenient time before, during, or after your work day. Taught by certified fitness professionals, classes include yoga, integrated strength, spin, kick-box and more!

  • Indoor Track

    Enjoy a beautiful view of Chicago while utilizing our indoor track! The track consists of low impact cushion and includes elevated turns to insure a great running flow (13 laps = 1mile).

  • Strength Equipment

    The fitness center houses free weights, cable crossovers, Cybex single station units, an assisted squat rack and various functional equipment such as the TRX suspension system, medicine balls, resistance bands and more!

  • Cardiovascular Equipment

    The facility is filled with a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment; treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bicycles, stepmills, and a rower.

  • Locker Rooms

    Private showers, lockers, towels, hair dryers and various toiletries are provided. Private changing rooms are available in the women’s locker room.

  • Lockers

    Each member is assigned a personal, key-locked locker (subject to availability) to hold toiletries, shoes, and other exercise needs.

  • Laundry Service

    Towel and laundry service are included in membership. A mesh bag is provided for workout clothes and laundered on site and returned to the member’s locker within 24 hours.

New Member Enrollment Appointment

After receiving and your enrollment paperwork and Health History questionnaire, we will contact you via email or phone to schedule an all-in-one fitness evaluation and orientation appointment. The appointment will take approximately 60 minutes and consists of tests to measure body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance.

Upon completion of the fitness testing, we will review test results, assist in creating fitness goals, orient you to the facility and equipment, review programs and operations, locker assignment, computer usage, and personal exercise program review.

Membership

Join for only $10 per paycheck.

It will be automatically deducted from your paychecks by completing the standard payroll deduction form.
